Please fill out this form by Sunday, April 10, 2016. Additionally,
you can e-mail the following link to your 6th grade teacher, and any references you would like to
speak on your behalf.

7th graders at Rio who are going into 8th grade will find their
application by clicking on the tab above titled "8th Grade App". For
the 8th grade app, please download the application and turn it in by
3/18 directly to Mr. Sheridan in room P-2 or C-1.
