The following list of students will be members of Rio Norte ASB for the 2015-2016 school year.  As I explained to you all at the boot camp, this is a very difficult and competitive process.  You are all exceptional kids, and every one of you would do very well in ASB.  If your name is not on the list, please remember that ASB is just a class, and there are many ways for you to contribute your talents to our school through clubs, and in other areas outside of ASB - and our hope is that you will do exactly that.  I look forward to seeing you all in the Fall and wish everyone the best of luck in the coming school year.  Congratulations to the following students:

ASB Bootcamp at Rio Norte Today at 3:15!

Those students who were selected to move on to the second round of the selection process will meet in room C-1 today at 3:15pm.  See you there!

The following students have been chosen to move on to the next round of the ASB selection process. All students listed below must be available for the 2nd round "ASB Boot Camp" on Tuesday, May 12th from 3:15 - 5:15 p.m. at Rio Norte Jr. High, Rm. C-1.  As you are all aware, this is a very competitive process. If your name is not on the list, please know that we recognize that you are all amazing kids; and Rio Norte Jr. High needs students that possess your personality and talent. Our hope is that you will find other electives and clubs that will allow you to show off those talents, get involved, and make a difference in our school. Saturday, April 25 Incoming 7th Grade Interview Times

Interviews are mandatory to be considered for Rio Norte ASB.  The Interview/Group activity will take place on the Rio Norte Campus in Rm. Congratulations to our New 8th Grade ASB Students!

The following students have been selected to be ASB representatives for the 2015-16 school year.  Thank you to all the students who applied and interviewed.  I am always grateful to meet you and see what wonderful students we have here at Rio Norte.  The selection process is difficult, and believe me when I say that all of you are worthy candidates, and I wish I could add all of you, but that just isn't the case.  If you were not selected, please stay involved, and continue the fabulous work you have begun here during your 7th grade year.  Remember that ASB is just a class, and you can make a difference on campus outside of the ASB classroom.  Good luck next year, and once again, thank you for being great kids who make Rio Norte a special place.
